With this update, players will be able to use "Next Achievements" feature in the guide, which enables you to view and sort a cross-games list of upcoming achievements. As well as, see which Achievements you are closest to, and launch the game to obtain them. There are sort filters too that let you prioritise next achievements by "closest", "most common, "rarest", "most common rare" or 'highest Gamerscore".

Mini Game Hubs will soon be available right in the Guide.

We're also getting Mini Game Hubs, which allow access to content from recently played games from a Game Hub without needing to exit whatever game you are playing. Mini Game Hubs allow you to easily see friends who are now playing, upcoming Achievements, Looking for Group posts, and more. By selecting Do not disturb, your Xbox will suppress all notifications from appearing, but also inform your friends that you aren't available.

The feature is coming to Xbox Insider members as of now and will be coming to all other users in the near future.

Finally, the new firmware changes the layout of comments in the Community feed to make them easier to read, and adds a few more options to the Power and Startup menu when automatically turning off the console after a period of inactivity. Most recent comments will be posted at the top and you'll also be able to see who has liked your comments.

Inactivity shutdown options have also been added.

Apparently, Microsoft is looking to update Xbox Achievements with a new "Careers" system and other special Avatar bonuses. Now there are one and six hour options, but Microsoft made a decision to add, two, three, four, and five hour options after reviewing feedback from users.

Are you looking forward to seeing how Xbox evolves in 2018?
