Oppo has taken to Twitter to tease the upcoming flagship smartphone in India alleged to be the successor to the Oppo F5, which was launched in November a year ago. The OPPO Electronics is a Chinese consumer electronics and mobile communication company has announced in social media Oppo F7 will launching in Indian on 26th March 2018.
Moreover, Oppo is also teasing its brand ambassador for the phone and asking users to guess the cricketer holding the phone.
Chinese smartphone maker Oppo is all set to launch its latest flagship for 2018- The Oppo F7. The phone is to come with an iPhone X-like notch, and dual rear cameras similar to the OPPO R15 that will be launched in China later. The Oppo F7 will be the successor to last year's Oppo F5. The cricketer is likely to be Hardik Pandya. It is the first official announcement to come from the company about the smartphone with the "notch screen".
The company has not yet revealed any specifications of the phone officially. Another highlight of the Oppo F7 will be the Notch display, and the irony here is Oppo marketing the feature as 'Awesome Notch Screen'. The new Oppo F7 smartphone to come with a selfie centric cameras and a new entry to its F series smartphones lineup. There are speculations that the phone may feature a 25MP front camera with AI capabilities to enhance the quality of selfies and it can be true as the device is expected to be a selfie-focused one. FoneArena says an earlier tweet had mentioned the launch date in India as March 26, Oppo India has deleted it and replaced it with a new one removing the date.
