West Indies are set to become the latest worldwide team to tour Pakistan.
Coach Mickey Arthur told media that although he looks fine, Imad will be observed for any problem following injury in the last match played between the Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars where the latter beat the former in a thrilling Super Over drama.
"I have been working day and night to conclude an agreement with West Indies which I have just finalised an hour ago", Sethi said.
Pakistan has played virtually all its home series in the United Arab Emirates since then.
Zimbabwe, a World XI and a Sri Lankan team have toured Pakistan over the last three years but all these short limited-overs series were organized at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Karachi will also host the PSL final on 25 March, while Lahore will host two play-off games on 20 and 21 March.
Sethi said Reg Dickason, the ICC's security consultant, would visit Karachi during the PSL final to look at the security arrangements for the series. "Their expert will stay back for seven days and conduct the security for West Indies series". But the Board had no other option as the Sindh government had requested PCB to not have a match on April 4, when the province will be observing the 39th death anniversary of Zulfiqar Bhutto, who was the founder of the Pakistan People's Party, Sindh's ruling party.
