"The truth is, in my desperation, I lost the plot". While the rest of the cast and crew didn't take issue with LaBeouf's behavior (at least, to his face), Gottsagen let him have it. "Take everything you want.' And he did", he told the magazine.

Shia's public outbursts and weird behaviour - including that time he worse a paper bag that read "I am not famous anymore" on a red carpet - became more publicised than his acting, after rising through the ranks of Hollywood a child prodigy. It came from a place of self-centered delusion ... In a video of LaBeouf's arrest obtained by ET, the actor repeatedly swore at his arresting officers, also telling a black officer that the president "doesn't give a f**k about you, and you wanna do what?"

In the Esquire profile, LaBeouf also reflected on his blockbuster run in the "Transformers" film franchise, saying that he quickly got sick of doing them.

LaBeouf revealed that since working on the 2010 sequel to Wall Street, he pledged to go for roles that "chase sincerity", alluding to a scene in which he was being outacted by Josh Brolin and was trying to overcompensate. LaBeouf apologized shortly after, but revisited the arrest in a new Esquire profile.

LaBeouf acknowledges his "public outbursts" may remind people of those by famed tennis star John McEnroe, who he portrays in new movie Borg vs. McEnroe, but states, "McEnroe was a master at his rage". They're not strategic. They're a struggling motherfucker showing his ass in front of the world'.

"It was me trying to absolve myself of guilt for getting arrested.I f***ed up". He said that is where he learned he was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. "I came up to you asking for a cigarette, you dumb f-!"

"It's very hard to keep doing what you're doing when you feel like it's the antithesis of your goal on this planet", LaBeouf added. "He took all my f-king clothes", LaBeouf said.

"I know this is uncomfortable for you to bring up, bro".

The admitted plagiarist added: 'I f***ing love Kanye West. He says he tried to reach out after that show, but that Ye is "going through a lot. Zack can't not shoot straight, and bless him for it, 'cause in that moment, I needed a straight shooter who I couldn't argue with".
