Paul Pogba was named on the Manchester United bench again on Saturday

He missed his side's 2-1 win over Liverpool before coming off the bench in United's shock Champions League elimination by Sevilla.

French national team manager Didier Deschamps has had his say on Paul Pogba's ongoing struggles at Manchester United, telling reporters he's sure the midfielder is not content with the situation.

The former Juventus star took to his Instagram handle with a caption "New Hair bleu pour les bleu super Saiyan bleu", which means new hair for super blue blue Saiyan in English.

Pogba, who has been called up by Deschamps for France's forthcoming friendlies against Colombia and Russian Federation, has missed a number of pivotal games for United in recent weeks after a largely underwhelming season at Old Trafford.

With Jose Mourinho planning a summer overhaul at Old Trafford, Craig Burley examines the futures of 10 Manchester United players.

"This is a situation that he must not appreciate because of everything he would have been able to offer", Deschamps said. "There must be numerous reasons".

It may be Paul, others at another time, and I will do as always, I will speak with them, to understand, because I do not have all the information.

Deschamps added: "It's not specific to Paul".
