The couple filed for divorce in March 2016. That alone would make it worth millions of dollars but it's also said to be only one of 300 made.

Meanwhile, Kurt Cobain's iconic MTV Unplugged guitar has been awarded to Frances Bean's ex in divorce settlement.

However, in new court documents obtained by TMZ, Cobain handed over the guitar following Silva's demands of $25k a month in spousal support - a sum she has been able to avoid after giving up the "treasured heirloom".

Sources told TMZ that the visual artist eventually gave up fighting for the instrument, as "she wanted Isaiah out of her life for good, and didn't want the mess of a trial to bog her down".

It has also been reported that Isaiah will have to fund his own legal bills, and ownership of the house they bought has been given to Frances. Silva will now get to keep the guitar in the final settlement.

Love and Cobain have testified in this case previously with Love saying Cobain's death "was the most traumatic experience of my life. I'm very glad that she's out of this very unsafe and toxic relationship".

The appellate court's ruling comes in favor of Courtney Love and Frances Bean Cobain, who had been seeking a ruling "permanently enjoining the City from disclosing, disseminating, releasing, or distributing any death-scene photographs not previously disclosed".
