‘No relationship with their father is harmful’: Angelina Jolie may lose custody

The docs also state, "if the Minor Children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time that they spend with Petitioner (Jolie) and may result in the Court ordering primary custody to Respondent (Pitt)".

The 43-year-old actress now has primary custody over the six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - she has with her estranged husband, but according to new court papers, she could lose that custody arrangement the Fight Club star doesn't spend more time with his brood.

According to a new report, the judge in the couple's divorce case believes it's "harmful" to the children if Angelina continues to restrict access to Brad.

A psychologist must be present while the actor visits the kids in London and he must arrange for them to see their doctors and therapists when they are in LA with him.

According to the documents, Angelina must provide Brad with the cell phone number of each child, and allow him to call whenever he wants.

- During this period, Pitt should be able to designate one or two of his children to spend time with, and Jolie is barred from being present during these times. He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, in addition to paying for their transportation.

The court has also laid out a summer schedule for the children.

Sources told E! News that the rift has "dragged on for months, ' is at the heart of 'why the divorce is not final" yet almost two years after Jolie filed.

In late June, Pitt's access ramps up to 10 hours a day. From July 8 through July 14, Pitt gets the kids for four consecutive days. During these days, Jolie is allowed to call the kids only one time per day at a time agreed on in advance by both parents.

For now, Pitt is travelling back and forwards from London, where the children are doing school work in a trailer on the movie set.

But now Us Weekly has obtained documents that show Angelina, 43, has been court-ordered to allow Brad, 54, access to the children - aside from Maddox whose age means he can make the choice of which parent he spends time with.

In his GQ interview, Pitt said he let his work "take me away" to the detriment of his family. They absorb everything. They need to have their hand held and things explained. "I want to be better at that".
