Woman Rescued After Getting Head Stuck In Truck’s Exhaust Pipe

Teen gets her head stuck in exhaust pipe at Minnesota music festival

Firefighters had to use a giant saw to remove the pipe from the maroon truck at the Winstock Festival in Minnesota over the weekend, and rescued the girl unharmed. Video of the unusual incident went viral, being viewed more than 3 million times on Facebook.

The McLeod County Sheriff's Office told KARE-TV that Strom was cited for underage drinking and escorted out of the music festival.

A young woman found herself in the wrong place at a central Minnesota music festival.

It remains uncertain how or why her head became stuck. "We were just all having fun and I saw this big exhaust pipe and I was like, 'Hey, my head could probably fit in that, ' Kaitlyn said during an interview with Hutchinson Leader".




'So I tried it. "It did fit, but it didn't want to come back out", Kaitlyn continued.

Her 45-minute predicament earned her 15 minutes of fame thanks to a six second video that raced around the internet.

Strom said while she's received a lot of criticism from people on line, she's also learned a valuable lesson.

Strom didn't know the owner of the truck, but he was just happy that she turned out OK. "I bet you could fit your head inside of it". Don't worry about it.' He has already fixed his exhaust and is going to be working on that.

'Yeah I'm the tail pipe girl, whatchu know about it? "I did not have to pay for anything like that, because he was absolutely wonderful".
