So scary. Tekashi69 just finished working on a music video in Brooklyn when he was shockingly robbed and held hostage by 3 hooded gunmen before ending up in the hospital in the early morning hours of July 22. As he was heading home, at around 4 o'clock in the morning, a auto pulled up and blocked his driveway and three people with hoods, holding guns, grabbed the Brooklyn rapper, pistol whipped him and dragged him into their vehicle.
Tekashi was then driven around at back of the vehicle and told that if he didn't give them the cash and jewelry they wanted, they would kill him. The men pistol whipped 6ix9ine, knocking him unconscious, and proceeded to load him into the back of their vehicle.
They reportedly emerged having stolen around $750,000 in jewelry and between $15,000 and $20,000 in cash, reported TMZ. 6ix9ine's daughter and her mother were in the house but were not harmed. The men returned to 6ix9ine's home and two of them went inside with him, while one guarded the auto. After the home robbery the gunmen allegedly drove off with 6ix9ine in the auto before he managed to escape, flee and get help from a civilian. One of the gunmen began chasing him but got scared and retreated because he was afraid he'd be ID'd. The stranger called 911 - then promptly ask the roughed-up rapper to get out of the vehicle.
The controversial rapper was taken to the hospital via ambulance where he awaits test results, says TMZ.
