Willian: I want an extra five years at Chelsea

Maurizio Sarri has opened the door for Chelsea legend John Terry to return to the club as part of the coaching setup, report the Guardian.

Terry has rejected a surprise move to Spartak Moscow for family reasons after leaving Aston Villa following a single season with the Championship club.

"The last time I spoke with him he told me that he wants to play for another season", added Sarri, who took charge of the Blues in the summer. I want to speak to him.

"For sure he will be a point of reference for me, for everybody here".

"Here is John Terry's home". At the moment Fabregas is able to be on the bench. "Maybe it's better for him to have two days of training", Sarri said.

Sarri has first hand experience of seeing his team drop points in the immediate aftermath of an global break during his first season at the helm of Napoli, and ahead of Chelsea's encounter with Cardiff he has urged his side not to get ahead of themselves.

Interestingly, Jose Mourinho's tutored Manchester United have suffered two defeats in their first four matches, while Tottenham with three wins out of four suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat to Watford before the first global break of the season. "Not really, because tomorrow is a very hard game, a very hard match", Sarri said, via the Evening Standard.

"For me, it's a pleasure", Sarri said when asked if his days are long.

"We need another step to be at the same level".

"After considerable thought, I have chose to decline a contract offer from Spartak Moscow", Terry wrote.

"We need to improve, and we can improve".

'I think Man City will win the Premier League this season, with Liverpool just behind.

'We've earned the right to play against teams like Chelsea.

"I've been trying to stress this number to my players (to avoid a drop-off in performance) and telling them my experience in this situation".
