Razer, the gaming and peripheral company, has been rumoured to launch the second-generation gaming smartphone for a while now.
Leaks peg the device featuring a 1440×2560 resolution display along with a Snapdragon 845 processor clocked at 1.77 GHz. While the invite doesn't explicitly mention the anticipated Razer Phone 2, it does promise a "mobility showcase".
In terms of this dramatic image, it is confirmed that Razer Phone 2 will be present with the same design.
So, what do you think about this?
Following the relative success of the first-generation Razer Phone, a follow-up device is officially on its way.
The company has commenced sending "Save The Date" invites with an iconic triple-headed snake to media houses for the product unveiling on October 10.
Razer Phone 2 will be a successor the original Razer Phone, one of the first smartphone in the market with a 120Hz display. For more information about this gaming mermaid, we look forward to it. The first device sported giant bezels to accommodate some of the best speakers ever put in a smartphone, but I expected some sort of reduction there given current design trends. While the company doesn't straight up say what it's planning to announce, we can see the outline of a phone around the Save the Date, suggesting that a new Razer Phone will be the focus.
