Queen of the World, featuring Meghan's interview and-fingers crossed-a few more special moments between her and her wedding dress, will air in the United Kingdom on ITV on September 25, and in the USA on HBO on October 1.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted the photo of Prince Harry and Meghan.
Before asking Sally to make her predictions for the future of the royal family, Ruth Langsford went back over her forecast from her last appearance on the show, before the royal wedding on May 19th.
"Fifty-three countries, oh my goodness", Markle says in the clip.
Fans can see this entire scene play out in Queen of The World, which will premiere in the states on October 1 at 8 PM on HBO. "It will keep us busy", she said.
Harry is seen in the documentary joking with visitors that he panics when he stumbles upon the Queen.
"Have you bumped into the Queen yet?" he asked.
"You guys have spent way more time in Buckingham Palace than I ever have - and you've only been here two weeks", he is filmed telling a group of hospitality professionals from the Caribbean. I know you will.
The Duchess of Sussex appeared with the gorgeous Givenchy gown for a trailer for a new ITV documentary about the Queen.
"The Queen is the most well-travelled monarch in history and it's been fascinating to see how she has passed on her experience to the younger generations of the royal family", said Nicolas Kent, creative director at Oxford Films and executive producer of the documentary.
But she pointed out that Sally had predicted the couple would make a "special effort" for Harry to meet Meghan's father, Thomas Markle, something which does not appear to have transpired. Per ITV, Meghan opens up about "her wedding dress and her early interactions with the Commonwealth, which means so much to her grandmother-in-law".
