On the front, there's a 24-megapixel selfie camera.

"Samsung is committed to delivering meaningful innovation to all consumers across the Galaxy family, no matter who they are or where they are in the world". There's even a fingerprint sensor on the side, Dolby Atmos support, and Bixby-though there's no dedicated button for the AI, which some may see as a plus point. On the back, it has a 24-megapixel, F1.7 camera accompanied with an 8-megapixel, F2.4 ultra-wide, 120-degree sensor and a 5-megapixel, F2.2 depth sensor (for those portrait photos).

"You will see devices coming from us in the mid-segment space with flagship features and functionalities that will delight our customers in India", Koh had announced on the sidelines of unveiling the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 in Gurugram. The triple lens mounted on the rear camera module of the device includes a 24MP auto-focus lens, an 8MP ultra-wide angle (120°) lens, and a 5MP depth lens for adjusting the bokeh effect.

The Samsung device is one of its kind.

Like its Galaxy S9 series counterparts, the Galaxy Note 9's camera is also capable of shooting slow video at 960 fps. There's also a pro lighting mode, AR emojis and "flattering filters".

The 42mm variant of the Samsung Galaxy Watch sports a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED display with 360×360 pixels resolution and a 270mAh battery.

The price of the new Galaxy A7 hasn't been announced yet, but it can be expected to be unveiled alongside another smartphone at the "4x Fun" event to be held on October 11. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box with Samsung Experience UI laid on top. Weighing 168 grams, it comes with dimensions of 159.8mm x 76.8 mm x 7.5mm.

The smartphone comes in three memory configurations - 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage, 4GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage, and 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0 (LE up to 2Mbps), NFC (Optional), GPS/GLONASS, and a micro USB port.

The company is also aiming to become the first company to launch a foldable phone, possibly within the year.
