Samsung unveils Galaxy A9 unveiled, get details here

Samsung Galaxy A9

Samsung launch industry first quadruple-camera smartphone

Samsung's Galaxy A-series is positioned between its affordable J-series and the flagship S-series of smartphones. The main display will be hidden entirely after you fold it, but the device will have an external display that's usable even while it remains folded.

Samsung's CEO touted the foldable phone again last week in an interview. The Samsung Galaxy S10 will very likely be revealed in several forms right at the same time as Mobile World Congress 2019.

The device comes in Caviar Black, Lemonade Blue and Bubblegum Pink colours and a 3D Glass-curved back. The executive admitted that "we do need a foldable phone". This is a big difference from the original Samsung Galaxy A9 that was launched in 2015. We liked the placement as it was fairly easy to reach. The patent shows a device like a tablet which has a hinge in the middle so can be folded in half. What can it do for you, and will Australia see it? The second is a 10MP f/2.4 telephoto lens for 2x optical zoom. Following, a 5 MP f/2.2 camera for more depth of field. All this is backed by an LED flash. Only front camera is placed on a habitual basis. You are also guaranteed to love the GIF-creating feature, taking fabulous pictures with the long exposure "drama shot" feature, and erasing unwanted objects from the background with the blur technology. The "heart" of the device is OCTA-core Qualcomm SDM660 (4×2.2 GHz and 4×1.8 GHz). The latest leak coming from Weibo appears to be all about the latter, assuming the Phoenix and the P30 are not the same device, although we are pretty sure that's exactly the case.

Increasing the amount of screen real estate available on a smartphone is important, according to the Samsung mobile chief. Buyers who are willing to wait in order to get their hands on the fully configured flagship phablet, which features 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, can get one starting from the 26th of October. The Galaxy A9 (2018) is a dual-SIM device that has two Nano SIM slots. It also comes with Bixby Assistant and Samsung Pay.

It has a 3,800mAh battery, charges via USB-C and also features a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 is now exclusive to the Asian market.
