OnePlus 6T Reported With A $516 Starting Price & 3 Configurations

OnePlus 6T event tickets will be up for sale today for attending the launch on October 30 at the KDJW Stadium, inside Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, New Delhi. While Apple hosting a follow up event where it talks about the iPad isn't really anything new, this year there's a bit of a problem, at least as far as consumers are concerned: That's also the day OnePlus plans to launch the OnePlus 6T with a reveal event of its own. According to leaks on China's Weibo, the 6T will have an optical sensor that means a 2D scan of fingerprints. Also, OnePlus is removing the 64GB storage option to make up for the higher price tag. It is also going to arrive with some UI changes, but OnePlus is yet to release its details.

OnePlus has had a torrid 24-hours after Apple chose to announce a major event on the same day as the OnePlus 6T was supposed to be revealed.

Yesterday, Apple announced an event for 10am Eastern on October 30 in Brooklyn.

If anything, this is cool for the rest of us because we'll see the phone one day earlier.

OnePlus has announced that its next flagship, called the OnePlus 6T, will be announced in India on October 30. We have only just begun our journey and can not afford to let one of the most important products in our history be affected by another great product launch. Starting with those of you who own a ticket, but won't be able to make the event. The device will run on Snapdragon 845, could be powered by a 3,700 mAh battery and will ditch the 3.5mm audio jack.

"There's more in the making".

The night mode on the OnePlus 6T's camera would bring convenience of capturing better photos in low light conditions or at night, as per a report by True Tech that cites an official OnePlus representative.

Improved Retina display, new keyboard and faster processor could feature along with a refreshed design.
