The Black Order, the game will make its debut next year, a decade after the last entry in the franchise. Some might argue there are, in fact, too many, especially on mobile.
It's not 100% clear who's publishing the new game but it seem to be Nintendo themselves, which implies they must've had some interesting conversations with Marvel.
All your favourite Marvel heroes are coming to punch Thanos in his wrinkly purple chin in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, developed by Team Ninja.
Marvel has resurrected a long-gone comic book action-RPG series: Marvel Ultimate Alliance.
The character designs are a mix between their comic book and movie incarnations and while the big bad is Thanos (The Black Order are his lackeys from Infinity War) you can see a bunch of other Marvel villains including Kingpin, Ronan the Accuser, and Ultron. Assemble your ultimate team of Marvel Super Heroes from a huge cast including the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, the X-Men, and more!
More than just the story and the action, the Switch incarnation of the game will offer unique co-op battle experiences. You can play with up to four players via a local wireless network, pair four Joy-cons on a single Switch, or even play online. Both Captain Marvel and the Avengers 4 films will premiere that year and this game neatly ties into those.
What's curious is that the game is advertised as being a Switch exclusive.
